Zeitklar stores working time entries, breaks, templates, absences, and user-related settings such as language, theme, federal state, payroll period start, and optional reminders.

3. Local storage

By default, Zeitklar stores this data locally on the user's device. Without cloud sign-in, the data remains only there.

4. Optional cloud backup

If a user enables optional cloud backup, backup snapshots are processed through Supabase together with the email-based sign-in.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, and restriction of processing under the applicable data protection rights.

If optional cloud backup is used, the user can request deletion of the Zeitklar account and associated cloud backup data.
